At Speks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
